The rapper’s health is still in question.

It’s been a full week since Kanye West was hospitalized for exhaustion and dehydration. According to TMZ, the rapper was originally scheduled to be released from UCLA medical center today, but “is still not stable” and will not be going home as planned. There has been no future discharge date reported at this time.

West was taken to the hospital on November 21 after displaying erratic behavior at his gym. After violent protest, West was handcuffed to a medical bed in the ambulance that took him to the hospital and was reportedly put on 5150 hold, an involuntary psychiatric hold.

The incident follows controversial pro-Trump remarks West made at a recent Saint Pablo Tour concert. The rest of the tour’s 2016 dates have since been canceled.
