The cult classic’s score has never been available on any format.

Gus Russo’s score to the 1982 horror film Basket Case will get its first release ever with a new vinyl pressing from Terror Vision.

The pressing was made with the score’s original master tapes which were remixed and remastered. It includes original artwork, new liner notes from Russo and a set of postcards from the film’s fictional Hotel Broslin.

In addition to black vinyl, the soundtrack will be pressed on “sticky flesh” (buttercream) and “open wound” (maroon) vinyl. It’s due January 20.

Pre-order the release from Terror Vision now and revisit the trail below.
