Noor Salman is accused of obstruction in the investigation of the massacre.

The wife of the man who carried out a mass shooting at Orlando’s Pulse club has been arrested in connection with the attack.

Noor Salman was taken into custody by FBI agents at her home outside of San Francisco, the New York Times reports, stating she was charged with obstruction.

The terror attack at the Florida LGBT club killed 49 people and wounded dozens more, making it the deadliest mass shooting in US history. The woman’s husband, Omar Mateen, was killed in a shootout with police during the attack on June 12, 2016.

Investigators who interviewed Ms. Salman for hours after the attack came to believe she knew about her husband’s plans to carry out the shooting. She is expected to make an initial appearance on Tuesday in federal court in San Francisco.

Pulse owner Barbara Poma announced her intention to build a memorial to the victims last year.
