Dutch-Iranian singer Sevdaliza has released ‘Hero’, another track from her upcoming debut full-length, ISON, which is slated for release later this year.

The track is a powerful ode to motherhood, with Sevda singing, “Remember how life was given to you / By the grace of your mother’s womb / It called you to become conscious”. Check it out below.

Sevdaliza has also announced two US performance dates. She’ll be in Los Angeles at The Echo on May 23 and New York at a venue to be announced on May 25.
