On ‘The Morning’, from The Weeknd’s debut mixtape House of Balloons, he sings that “Cali is the mission”. Now, it seems, that prophecy is about to come true.

This December, the Toronto singer will return to California – the stage of one of his first live appearances, at this year’s Coachella Festival – for live shows in Santa Ana, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
