The follow-up to 2014’s Snakes & Ladders was reported to have been made up of 16 tracks, and comments made by Wiley suggested Stormzy was to make a guest appearance.

Godfather was supposed to precede both the grime veteran’s autobiography and an accompanying film. There’s no word on whether they’ve also been cancelled.

Update: Wiley says the album is still on

In a series of subsequent tweets Wiley has said the album is still on schedule for September 2, and will be preceded by two singles.
