Young Money rapper Drake may have just had one of the weeks of his life, selling half a million copies of his debut album Thank Me Later and taking Best Male at the BET Awards, but things have just taken a turn for the worse following a lawsuit by Playboy.

The suit concerns ‘Best I Ever Had’, Drake’s biggest hit to date. According to Playboy, the intro to the song is a rip-off of ‘Fallin in Love’, by Hamilton, Joe Drank and Dennison, which Playboy own. They claim that Cash Money never approached them to request the use of the track, and are now fighting to stop further sales and distribution [via RWD].

Playboy are also apparently refusing to pay any legal costs incurred during the case. You can compare both songs below.
