This is your first chance to hear Holy Fuck and Ki:Theory‘s remix of ‘Natural Selection’ by UNKLE.

‘Natural Selection’ is one of the best tracks from UNKLE’s latest album, Where Did The Night Fall, and it finds James Lavelle enlisting the talents of Texan cosmic rock outfit The Black Angels, with special emphasis on the vocals of frontman Alex Maas. For their remix, Toronto’s electronic improv rabble-rousers Holy Fuck have teamed up with Ki:Theory to really open the track up, refashioning it as a windswept psychedelic odyssey, with chiming guitars, echo-drenched harmonies and cavernous drums that variously recall M83, The Stones Roses and Animal Collective’s Merriweather Post Pavilion.

UNKLE will be performing live in the amazing setting of De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill-on-Sea on July 10, presenting a classical take on their extensive back catalogue with the aid of The Heritage Orchestra. More info and tickets here.
