Splice the mainbrace – Regulate are leaving dry land for an exciting party later this month.

Departing from Westminster Millennium Pier at 7.00pm, the Pride Of London Vessel will take to the Thames for four hours of merriment, hosted by New York Transit Authority. Mensah’s electro-besotted project is both unabashedly throwback and serious fun – expect a set that gazes towards the East Coast whilst keeping a foot in UK bass culture. He’ll be joined by Matt Jam Lamont of Solo Traxx, deep house head Chunky and Eton Messy, Barely Legal and mono_cult/Regulate DJs.

The boat party will be followed by a larger bash at Vauxhall’s Fire, running from 10.00pm until 6.00am. Almighty US garage kingpin Todd Edwards will top the bill, with NYTA playing a second set. Hyperdub alumnus Ossie will supply his off-kilter take on UK funky, and Brussels’ goldFFinch will demonstrate why the likes of Numbers and Dirtybird hold them in such high regard. My Nu Leng, Matt Long, Eton Messy and Barely Legal are among the other acts on the bill.
