Queens rapper Action Bronson has announced the name of his new album: Romanian Waitresses. 

Although in one way it simply continues the trend of past Bronson titles – Rare Chandeliers, Blue Chips – it doesn’t exactly bode well for the record’s content.

Bronson’s never exactly come across as one of life’s nice guys (let’s not forget that he’s got a track called ‘Consensual Rape’ in his back catalogue, and he might “love gay people”, but “trannies, not so much”), but this year’s EP Saab Stories was particularly objectionable in both its content and its artwork, and if Romanian Waitresses continues these themes (except, we suppose, targeting Romanians rather than Asian prostitutes) then we doubt we’ll be the only ones running out of patience. That said, maybe he’s just really into Ciorbă. We’ll see.
