Missed tickets for Kraftwerk‘s forthcoming residency at Los Angeles’ Walt Disney Concert Hall? Get thee to a telephone!

The quartet have added a clutch of 3D shows to their upcoming American tour, which already includes a couple of Oakland appearances and a spot at Asheville’s Moofgest. March 27 heralds a show at Chicago’s Riviera Theatre, March 29 will see them stop off in Toronto, and March 30 will bring them to Montreal.

Unlike those LA dates, which will see the band repeat the Tate Modern trick of performing a different album every night, the new shows will be greatest hits affairs. Full tour dates – which include appearances at Vienna’s Festwochen, and Latvia’s Positivus Festival – are below.

Last summer, Ralf Hütter confirmed that Kraftwerk are pulling together ideas for a new album, their first since 2003′s Tour De France soundtracks.
