Chef-turned-rapper Action Bronson debuts his new cookery show. 

It only takes a little bit of webdigging to discover Bronson’s YouTube cookery show from a few years back, Action In The Kitchen, where he guides the viewer through recipes including Seared Ahi Tuna and ‘The Bronson Burger’. The Queens MC has now launched another gastronomically-themed web series, Fuck, That’s Delicious, boasting a bigger budget (and a vaguer remit). 

Fuck, That’s Delicious is being touted as a cookery show, but really it’s a souped-up (no pun intended) tour diary, with different dishes and eateries serving as jump-off points for Bronson to talk about his life and work. More of a Nigel Slater than a Delia affair, then.

The first episode sees Bronson head to Roberta’s in Brooklyn, where he natters about his recent tour with Eminem, and invests the word “barf” with more feeling than any one syllable word probably deserves. Click below to listen.
