Last night in London, Dean Blunt brought Black Metal to Electrowerkz.

After an hour-plus of the stage sitting cloaked in red light, empty aside from Blunt’s hired security, the Hype Williams founder took the stage, crooning and, at times, crying (see page 11) his way through material from his heartfelt last two albums and more. There’s only one letter between balling and bawling, and no one demonstrates that with more guile than Blunt.
