The man who survived Suge Knight’s hit-and-run speaks on the stand.

Earlier today, Cle “Boan” Sloan was called to testify in Suge Knight’s preliminary trial. Sloan reportedly got emotional and said he “doesn’t want to be used to send this man to prison,” when the prosecutor raised the topic of “snitching,” according to TMZ. “I screwed up and Terry’s dead,” he added, referring to Terry Carter, the man who Knight killed in the hit-and-run. We can’t imagine this helps the prosecutor’s case.
