The Radio 1 Essential Mix made an appearance on BBC World News last week when, for no particular reason, they played an archive clip dating back exactly 20 years.

The clip, taken from Eric Powell’s Essential Mix on June 11, 1995, finds Pete Tong grappling with the show’s not-exactly-concise web address – hope you’ve got a pen at the ready. Depending on your age it’ll either make you misty-eyed for the pre-Googlian epoch or simply make no sense. [via Mixmag]
