Sony enters the vinyl resurgence.
It’s not just Technics that unveiled a new turntable at CES 2016 – Sony has also revealed its own vinyl record player at the consumer electronics tradeshow.
The PS-HX500 is described as a “hi-res turntable,” which means it allows users to rip analog recordings to Sony’s proprietary high-resolution DSD audio or 24-bit WAV formats.
