We just don’t know when we’ll hear it.

In a new interview with Complex, Nas confirms that ‘Nas Album Done’ isn’t just the name of a song on DJ Khaled’s brand new Major Key: “All we’re doing now is plotting when we’re dropping.” While he will not announce a title, the album is finished and ready to go.

It’s likely he’s keeping that info close to the chest because his film The Land was released last weekend and he executive produced Baz Luhrman’s upcoming Netflix hip-hop drama The Get Down. Of that project, he said: “I was working on a show of my own right as it came to me, and it had to do with music and stuff like that. When I talked to Baz about The Get Down, and he was explaining the whole story to me, I was blown away because I was just hearing about the old days, the days before all that rap is today. It was the beginning days, that’s what the focus is. I was like OK, this is what I wanted to do. I’m a fan of a lot of the pioneers from those days, so to work on a story from that time period, for me, was perfect.”
