Vince Staples joined EDM DJ Flume on Australian radio station triple j to do their own rendition of Ghost Town DJs’ classic ‘My Boo’.

For over a decade, triple j has been running a segment called Like a Version where artists come in and reimagine some of their favorite tunes. (Earlier this year, Donald Glover did an incredible version of Tamia’s ‘So Into You’ which is well worth a watch.) Here, Flume enlists Vince Staples to spit brand new verses and singers Kučka, Vera Blue and Ngaiire on the hook.

Over the summer, Ghost Town DJs’ ‘My Boo’ re-entered the Billboard charts after its release 20 years ago because of the viral Running Man Challenge. It peaked at no. 31 in October 1996 only to best itself at no. 27 this past May.
