Michael Mayer is a busy man.

With a relentless DJ schedule, an endless list of remix and mix CD commissions and numerous other duties as one of the heads of Germany’s esteemed Kompakt label, Mayer can be forgiven for having taken eight years to produce the follow-up to his debut album, Touch.

FACT TV sat him down at our headquarters in Soho, London, to talk about the making of the record, the meaning of dance music and that title.
