Ekstravaganza is the name of a new regular night taking place at one of London’s best venues, Corsica Studios in Elephant & Castle.

For their unmissable opening party on Friday 25 September they’ve teamed up with Norway’s Full Pupp label to lay on a disco-flavoured line-up of immense proportions. Room 1 is headlined by Bjorn Torske playing a rare UK live set. Torske is a real producer’s producer, a singular talent who is an oft-cited inspiration on the likes of Prins Thomas and Lindstrom and whose most recent album Feil Knapp (2007) is a modern classic. He’ll be joined by Full Pupp boss Prins Thomas, one of the world’s best DJs and hardly in need of any introduction here. Completing the Pupp showcase is Blackbelt Anderson.

Room 2 looks no less appetizing: Birmingham slo-disco man Mark E is in the house, joined by The Revenge, specialist in deep, dubby house, and resident DJs from the Warm Agency.
