Not to be crude, but shit yeah. If you’ve been reading FACT lately, you’ve probably seen us mention Jose James, the Minneapolis-born singer who’s been working with Flying Lotus and Moodymann, and been remixed by Joy Orbison and Untold.

Well Pitchfork have posted up a link to download ‘Code’, the opening track from Blackmagic, James’ new album for Brownswood. And seriously, it’s gorgeous – Flying Lotus handles production, with an understated piece of dusty bump that recalls all the good stuff, with Jose slips in and out of the beat like wind.  Download it below.
