Last month, we profiled Laurel Halo, the Michigan-born solo artist who counts David Axelrod, mecha-violence and “the shapes you see when you close your eyes” as inspirations.

This video of her recent Sebastien Tellier remix, directed by Josef Kraska and styled by Heidi Lee, provides an “interesting digipsych contrast to the original ‘Look’ video – both have a demented runway vibe, but this one calls the original’s bluff for sure.” Laurel’s words, not ours – we don’t say stuff that smart.
