Infrasonics is taking over an East London warehouse on November 27 for the latest in its series of irregular raves.

The London-based label, run by spatial, has become a most trustworthy source of advanced garage music, its artists taking invariably favouring 2-step skip but also embracing influences from dubstep, techno and UK funky. Their open-minded approach is reflected in their choice of headliner for this party, Altered Natives (pictured). Long championed by FACT, Natives is the one man dancefloor battering ram of producer Danny Yorke; his collision of broken beat and tough-as-nails house music never fails to set temperatures soaring.

Bassline standard-bearers Wifey warm things up with their DJ team, but the lion’s share of duties are handled by Infrasonics’ in-house talent: label boss spatial plays back-to-back with XXXY, and Jamie Grind and UKF smasher Gon bring up the rear.

The venue is Apiary Studios at 458 Hackney Road, and the night will run 10pm-5am. Infrasonics promise “pure vibes, the real deal”, and, as anyone who attended their first rave warehouse last year will attest, they know what they’re talking about. Tickets are £8 on the door, £5 concessions / advance; get yours here.
