Gucci Mane’s next street album will come out in March, and is titled The Return of Mr. Zone 6.
Obviously being based in London, Zone 6 to us means Gant’s Hill, but we imagine if you’re Gucci Mane it’s something much cooler. Given the fact that it is Gucci, and he releases countless mixtapes as well as both independent and major label albums, we’re not 100% which catagory this falls in to, but it’s certainly the first well-publicized solo thing he’s done for a while (ill-advised tattoos aside).
According to Data Transmission, it’s mostly produced by Drumma Boy, and will be released on March 11. Master P, Baby, 8ball and Waka Flocka Flame are amongst those making guest appearances, on a record that Gucci describes as “a return to the music that got me buzzin’ in the first place.” So for those who wished last album, The Appeal went a little harder, you’re probably in luck. ‘Mouth Full of Gold’, ‘I Don’t Love Her’ and ’24 Hours’ are all penciled in for single release.
Sinden recently let out a free mixtape of Gucci remixes by Mosca, These New Puritans and many more. You can download that here.
