Watch a fan-made Nine Inch Nails concert film

NIN super-fans document the final show of the band’s “Wave Goodbye” tour.

A group of Nine Inch Nails fans known as A Tiny Little Dot have assembled a concert film entitled [after all is said and done]. A project three years and 5,000 work hours in the making, the film exclusively uses fan-shot footage of the 3.5 hour, 37 song set from September 10, 2009, a show that was expected to be the band’s last (before Trent Reznor reformed NIN with plans to tour this year).

The scope of the project is impressive, relying on “27 unique fan shot HD footage sources, totaling over 75 hours of footage” and over 3,500 hours of pre-production to assemble the final product, which is available on Youtube and Torrent, with a DVD/Blu-ray to follow. In addition, the audio is available separately, as well.

This is not the first such project completed by dedicated NIN fans: 2010’s Another Version of the Truth combined fan-footage with hours of raw footage provided by the band. For an even older documentary, NIN recently shared the Closure tour video. [via Consequence of Sound]
