The techno trio shift all forthcoming dates to 2014.
Moderat have been forced to postpone their European tour to next year after Sascha Ring (pictured left), aka Apparat, sustained a complicated multiple leg fracture in a motorcycle accident in Berlin on Saturday.
In a statement on their website, the band said that both Ring and his girlfriend, who was with him at the time, are doing well. However, the nature of Ring’s injury means he won’t be mobile enough to hit the road with Moderat this autumn.
All tickets remain valid and a large number of dates have now been rearranged for January and February next year, with more to come. See below for the list of rearranged dates.
Moderat recently sat down with FACT TV to introduce their new album, II, and talk about the difficulties of working together and the “LED war” that’s currently dominating the festival circuit.
