Restproof clickwork.

Warp veterans Plaid have a new album just around the corner. It’s called Reachy Prints and from the sound of first single ‘Hawkmoth’, Ed Handley and and Andy Turner are back on form throwing together the kind of cotton wool melodies and bouncing beats that made us fall in love with them all those years ago.

Their latest drop is something a little different however, it’s an interactive web app called Tether. Made in collaboration with developer Jono Brandel, it allows the user to manipulate a track while listening, using simple mouse clicks and gestures.

If you’ve ever wanted to hear what Plaid sound like screwed ‘n chopped then now’s your chance, so start clicking and dragging below.
