Last month brought the crackpot news that the LCD Soundsystem/Despacio man was building a 400+ hour archive of music using data sourced from US Open tennis matches. The results were, for the most part, glitchy pointillist affairs – the sonic equivalent of splatter paintings.

Murphy has now extended the remit of the project, producing a pair of remixes using the same sonic material. The two tracks are more conventionally musical affairs: the former a perky 8-bit beat track, the latter a gurgling tropical house jam.
