The Record Store Day 2016 release that got away?

The vinyl soundtrack for the latest Star Wars film, Episode VII: The Force Awakens, comes with 3D holograms of the Millennium Falcon and a TIE fighter etched into the record.

Tristan Duke, who created the hologram artwork for Jack White’s Lazaretto LP, has turned the spacecraft into holograms, which can be viewed in direct light from the right angle, or by holding a torch above the vinyl.

The album – which was composed by John Williams and features a credit from Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich – is being released via Disney Music Emporium on June 17 and is available to pre-order from Amazon for $47.99.
