Amazon wants to be “the world’s premier destination” for tickets.

Amazon is planning on expanding its fledgling ticketing business by expanding into the US, Europe and Asia, according to a series of job listings.

As Recode reports, Amazon is looking for people to “position Amazon Tickets as the world’s premier destination for purchasing tickets.”

The listings also suggest the company is planning to integrate tickets sales into its Prime service with something called Prime Tickets, the specifics of which are unknown.

Amazon launched its ticketing arm in the UK last year, offering customers the chance to buy tickets for West End musicals such as The Book of Mormon and concerts by artists including Ariana Grande and Drake.

Amazon Tickets has attempted to differentiate itself from competitors such as Ticketmaster by declaring additional fees up front. It also ties into a customer’s Amazon account, making it more convenient for regular shoppers.

As Recode points out, Amazon would face stiff competition from Ticketmaster and Live Nation in the US, which regularly make exclusive deals with promoters and artists to get access to the best seats for sale.

Ticketing isn’t the only arm of it business Amazon has expanded this year. Last month it launched its Amazon Music Unlimited streaming service, which it’s offering to customers for just $3.99 a month with the purchase of an Echo speaker.
