Wu-Tang Clan member U-God has filed a lawsuit in New York City against his bandmates claiming $2.5 million in unpaid royalties and merchandising rights.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit documents state U-God has not been receiving his share of royalties from 12 Wu-Tang albums for the past six years. The Staten Island rapper has been a member of the Clan since its inception in 1993 and alleges contribution to some 170 tracks in the group’s catalogue.

U-God also alleges he has not been receiving his bi-annual share of merchandising profits or a share of the $2 million sale for Once Upon A Time In Shaolin, the one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang album sold to Martin Shkreli.

In his filing, U-God claims Clan founder RZA and his brother Mitchell Diggs are abusing their power and purposefully left him on the sidelines. He’s asking for a complete accounting of the Clan’s revenues, saying he’s owed at least $2.5 million.

The lawsuit is the latest installment in a two-decade long saga of disagreements and beefs between the various members of the Clan.
