One of grime’s key DVD series is back for 2015.

Mixtapes, records and radio sets have all been a key part of grime’s make-up over the years, but the DVD is an often-overlooked part of the genre’s history. From Aim High to Risky Roads, they offered us exclusive freestyles, behind the scenes footage, and Crazy Titch getting kicked off a plane.

Next week, Rinse FM’s YouTube will revive one of the key grime DVD series, Practice Hours. Each episode promises to offer an insight into an artist’s life, as well as a freestyle from them. The first episode focuses on Jammer, and takes place in his infamous basement studio. It also features an appearance by Ears, presumably still working on those 50 mixtapes he promised back on Aim High 3.
