The interest in the case of Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey that has followed the airing of Netflix documentary Making a Murderer has thrown up wild theories and supposed new evidence, but not a protest song – until now.

As The AV Club notes, Brad Dassey has recorded ‘They Didn’t Do It’, a Christian rap song protesting the innocence of his half-brother Brendan Dassey – the nephew of Steven Avery who many believe was coerced into a false confession by the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department.
