The IDM overlords return.

Autechre have just released their twelfth studio album, a mammoth five-part collection titled Elseq.

The album is available for purchase via their own webstore, and follows a mysterious few days in which new music was premiered on BBC 6 Music and Alaskan radio station KSUA.

Since the album was uploaded to the store, Warp has taken down the SoundCloud and YouTube links for all the preview tracks. The album is not currently available to stream on Spotify or Apple Music either.

Elseq includes 21 tracks over its five parts, with ‘elyc6 0nset’ alone clocking in at a whopping 27 minutes. The five-part album dwarfs 2013’s Exai, a 17-track album released in 2CD and four-vinyl editions.
