The second track we’ve heard to feature prominent vocals, ‘Blood and Form’ is a markedly downtempo moment for Mount Kimbie, but still contains enough of their signature flourishes to remind us how much we loved Crooks & Lovers. Moody and stark, the deadpan vocals buzz over a simple, crunchy rhythm before the duo’s jazzier influences are allowed to bubble up to the surface. [via The Guardian]
