The festival’s dedicated dance corner is inspired by NYC’s early ‘80s club scene.

Glastonbury has unveiled the DJ line-up for Block9, the three-stage after-hours corner that always offers some of the best line-ups at the festival, including David Morales’ roadblock 2014 tribute set for Frankie Knuckles.

For this year’s edition, Block9’s house and disco stage NYC Downlow will be redesigned in the style of a New York City “meatpacker’s warehouse circa 1982,” according to the Block9 team. As RA reports, The Black Madonna, nd_baumecker, Honey Soundsystem, Roger Sanchez, Prosumer, Chez Damier, Tama Sumo & Lakuti, Midland and Horse Meat Disco will play the main room, while a new second room, The Meat Rack, will host Eats Everything, FoukJo Nathan and more.

Genosys, the outdoor stage, will have Mike Dunn, Joey Beltram, Mr G, DJ Deeon, Craig Richards and Seth Troxler, while Hot Chip will host a Prince tribute on Friday.

The London Underground stage has teamed up with Rinse FM to put on Shy FX & Stamina, Youngsta, LMK, Artwork, Hodge, Horsepower Productions and Nicky Blackmarket, among others.

Adele, Muse and Coldplay are this year’s Pyramid Stage headliners, but at least LCD Soundsystem, Grimes and Skepta will be there to make up for it. Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn will also be making an appearance at the Left Field this year.
