Not only has Benga recorded and released a new track via his Soundcloud: by calling his track ‘I Will Never Change’, he’s also written this article in advance. Anyone familiar with Diary Of An Afro Warrior, Magnetic Man or his work as producer-for-hire will know the drill: tinny half-step percussion, rubbery synth-wobble, a well-tuned ear for attack and release. Those with an aversion to Benga might do well to stay away. Those that don’t will discover another slick and enjoyable piece of machine-wrought dubstep.
