Stream a new Laurel Halo remix, for Ad Hoc's new compilation

With Quarantine, her debut album for Hyperdub arriving later this month, New York-based singer and producer Laurel Halo’s stock is at an all-time high.

She’s also just dropped a new remix of Anenon, for Ad Hoc’s (you know, the site that’s formed from the ashes of Altered Zones and all that) new compilation. If Halo’s album for Hyperdub is at times naked and human, then this is lush, inhuman music of the highest order, with a subtly wobbling bassline suspended in a endlessly rotating space. Love how one of the comments left on the Soundcloud bar is simply “Meta”.
