Hear ‘Sweet Nothing’ for the first time, before it’s inescapable.

As announced last week, Scottish partystarter Calvin Harris will feature Dizzee Rascal, Ellie Goulding, and Tinie Tempah on his upcoming album 18 Months. The first track from the album has leaked, and features the namesake of Florence and the Machine, Florence Welch.

‘Sweet Nothing’ is exactly the type of electro house anthem with which Harris has had so much success. It may not reach the same heights as Rihanna’s ‘We Found Love,’ but the rubbery synths and paint-by-numbers beat are a suitable complement for Welch’s diva operatics. The track may also serve as a taste of what to expect from Side Project, Welch’s succinctly named dance project.
