Wesley Eisold shares a stark new tune.
‘A Little Death to Laugh’ is more Love Comes Close than Cherish the Light Years, with it’s post-punk sneer and minor key dispair. The song will be available on a 7″ via the band’s site and at their concerts this fall.
The song, inspired by 19th century French poet Tristan Corbiere, was written, performed, and recorded by Eisold at home this February. Stream it below.
As previously announced, Eisold will bring a new incarnation of Cold Cave on the road this fall, with a new album expected in the spring. Eisold features prominently on the upcoming album by Boyd Rice’s NON project.
