The techno experimenter remixes the lead track from the Ghostly affiliate’s forthcoming release.

Seattle-based producer Lusine will release The Waiting Room on February 18 via Ghostly. We’ve already heard the lead cut, ‘Another Tomorrow’, and it’s a soothing, hopeful dancefloor creation from a producer known for more abstract compositions.

Jon Convex (the solo project of Damon Kirkham aka one half of Instra:mental) has remixed ‘Another Tomorrow’, and unlike his sultry remix of contemporary Jimmy Edgar’s ‘Sex Drive’, this one goes further down the techno rabbit hole.

Twinkling arpeggios and processed vocals make it more haunting than hopeful. Stream the remix below; the ‘Another Tomorrow’ single is due out January 21.
