Shady Manchester duo Akkord made a name for themselves with a series of self-released singles before signing to new Fabric label Houndstooth for a new EP, Navigate.

The video for Navigate‘s lead track was shot in a bank vault with a camera mounted on the inner workings of the vault’s machinery – the overall effect is a little bit Matrix (though a rack of over-sized guns emerging from the horizon may have been out of even Fabric’s reach, budget-wise), but it definitely works.

Navigate will be released on May 27 (12″ single) and June 3 (digital), and can be pre-ordered here.
