Swedish Satanists Watain return with this prime cut from their forthcoming full-length The Wild Hunt. Typically for a band rooted in the urgent, guttural chug of Bathory, Mayhem and Immortal ‘All That May Bleed’ is a rampaging, gravelly chunk of very Scandinavian bleak metal.

Almost a technical as the death metal Sweden made its own back in the late 80s and 90s, there’s no room for the obscuring fug of the latter-day USBM scene, instead Watain focus on crushing riffage and gory lyricism. Orthodox black metal fans, do not hold back – this is the real deal.
