M.I.A’s North American tour got underway last night at Montreal’s Metropolis (we’re guessing cheese was on the rider). Stereogum point towards footage from the concert, which shows the singer performing what appears to be a previously unheard track. The juddering cut, which opened the set, is certainly cut from similar (crudely-stitched) cloth to confirmed Matangi joint ‘Bring The Noize’ – click below to stream.  

The video follows the leak of the Matangi track ‘Only 1 U’. The new track follows all sorts of bother and skullduggery regarding a new documentary about the singer.
