Summertime Sadness.

This one might not last long, but it appears as if a track from Lana Del Rey‘s forthcoming sophomore album has somehow made its way into the world. Entitled ‘Black Beauty’ it’s a gorgeous, slow-paced affair, and pits Del Rey’s effortless sway against a backdrop of clipped beatbox rhythms and Angelo Badalamenti-inspired organs.

Apparently it’s only a demo, but it’s precisely the kind of skeletal, off-world take on American suburbia that made Born To Die such a divisive, essential experience, and we can’t wait to hear more. [via NME]
