Ricardo Villalobos, Scuba, Ben Klock and many more set for the Dutch techno weekender.

Over 100 artists have been announced for this year’s Awakenings Festival, the huge outdoor techno event held on Spaarnwoude Houtrak near Amsterdam.

After extending to a two-day event last year, the festival continues with a full weekend line-up, bringing the likes of Jeff Mills, Nina Kraviz, Marcel Dettmann and Maya Jane Coles to its eight arenas.

The festival’s various friends and collaborators including MINUS (Richie Hawtin), ElectricDeluxe (Speedy J), Joris Voorn & Friends and Drumcode will all host their own area on the second day. This year sees an extra stage added on Sunday and a special 15th anniversary area on Saturday featuring acts who’ve been closely involved with Awakenings from the very beginning, including Joey Mull, Billy Nasty, The Advent and Cari Lekebusch.

Other artists on the bill include Julio Bashmore, Sven Vath, Karenn (live), Loco Dice, Ryan Elliott, Carl Craig, KiNK (live), Rødhåd and Boddika.
