The multi-venue festival adds another batch of names.

Bristol’s Simple Things festival has just unleashed its third wave of announcements, with Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry arriving with a full live band for his first live appearance in the city for two years.

Joining him are a pair of one-off joint sets: one between grime crew Ruff Sqwad and Lit City Trax founder J-Cush and another uniting local boys Hodge and Tessela.

Also added are Rub-n-Tug’s Eric Duncan, Slime, Sex Swing, Mile High Club, Spectres, Darwin and Giant Swan, who all join the previously announced Holly Herndon, Galcher Lustwerk, Skepta, Dean Blunt, Objekt and many more.

Simple Things takes place in multiple venues across Bristol on October 24, with an opening concert from Godspeed You! Black Emperor on October 23. For full details and tickets, check the Simple Things website.
