The Hydra, Sunday Best Records and Land of Kings pitch up.

The East London Fringe Festival launches this summer, taking place across five weekends from July 9 to August 7. Among the art, comedy and food events going on in locations across Shoreditch, the festival will host live music, DJs and record fairs at venues including Cargo, Birthdays and Juno Bar, plus a handful of bigger outdoor parties in the area’s parks.

Leading the music events, the Old Blue Last will take over Shoreditch Park on July 23, creating an open air music venue alongside quality food and drink, markets and live art installations. Rob Da Bank’s Sunday Best Records moves into the park on August 6, and the day after it’s the turn of seasoned house and techno promoters The Hydra – early bird tickets can be yours for just £5.

Meanwhile, Instagrime will shut down Waterson Street for a bass heavy party on July 16, MTA Records will host a garden party in Hoxton Square on July 9, and Acoustic Live UK will host open-air sessions in the grounds of St Leonard’s church on July 31.

Annual Dalston party Land of Kings will also present a micro festival in Hoxton Square on August 7, with DJs, live music, booze and more.

Check out the rest of the schedule and grab cheap early bird tickets from The East London Fringe Festival website.
