Fresh from news of a full Rounds reissue, Four Tet has unveiled a new collaborative single.

‘Roseland’ sees Kieran Hebden team up with Ben and Tom Page’s RocketNumberNine project. It’s not the first time they’ve crossed paths: the jazz-leaning pair put out 2010’s ‘Matthew And Toby’ – a funky analogue workout with touches of Syclops – on Hebden’s Text label, with a Four Tet remix on the flip.

According to Hebden’s Twitter account, the eight-minute ‘Roseland’ was produced by Eglo Recordings boss Floating Points: “live take, no edits. Big respect to him for the sound”. The track – which is much more sedate than Hebden’s recent tonguetwister of a single – will see release on 12″ through Text next week or thereabouts, backed by a track called ‘Metropolis’.

You can watch highlights of Hebden’s recent set for Krankbrother and Phonica here.
