London outfit trumps U2 in latest X-Men trailer.

Snow Ghosts, the trio of Throwing Snow, Hannah Cartwright, and Oliver Knowles, have soundtracked the first X-Men Apocalypse trailer.

‘The Hunted’, a song from their 2013 album A Small Murmuration, released by Houndstooth, was chosen by director Bryan Singer who, according to Empire, originally wanted a U2 song. Singer told Empire that he found the song “most haunting.”

Last year, ‘The Hunted’ was also heard on the final scenes of season 3 of MTV’s Teen Wolf drama.
